Two Exhibitions coming up at The Fort in the next few weeks featuring some very talented mar fuckers.
I'll do my damnedest to go down and take some flicks of at least one of em.
1st being 3 the art way kicking off tonight and The Bamboo Rollercoasters opening night Friday week.
3 the Art way
Fortwenty Gallery proudly presents “3 the Art way”, an impressive collection of artworks by three very talented artists with complementary, yet distinctly different backgrounds and styles from 3 – 10 September 2009.
Featuring one-off, pick-of-the-litter works from a vast collection of exceptional paintings by Polish born, Queensland resident Cezary Stulgis, who’s highly sought after paintings and sculptures can be found in busy public spaces from Queensland’s coastal towns to Brisbane’s CBD.

The Bamboo Rollercoaster
The inspired works of young freelance designer and international muralist Fintan Magee will premier to the public at the newly established Fortwenty Gallery in Fortitude Valley from 11 September – 24 September 2009.
The Bamboo Rollercoaster is a tribute to Fintan’s extensive train adventure across twenty countries and countless cities. Capturing the urban environment he discovered while painting and photographing his way across Europe, The USA, North Africa and Asia, Fintan’s new work comments on the relationship between nature and our ever expanding cities.
